Hi, I’m Ashlee.

I’m an Executive Infrastructure Consultant and guidance coach who helps founders, business owners, and nonprofit leaders build structure, operate with clarity, and grow sustainably.

At my core, I am deeply relational. I value authenticity, meaningful connection, and creating space for people to feel supported while doing the work required to grow. I don’t believe in surface-level solutions — I believe in understanding people, how they think, how they lead, and how their business truly operates.

My work is rooted in a natural inclination to simplify what feels complex. Over time, I’ve found that my greatest strength is helping people bring order to both their ideas and their operations — turning vision into something structured, actionable, and sustainable.

That didn’t start here — it started early.

As a child, I was always creating — ideas, small businesses, and ways to bring something to life. One of my first “ventures” was a traveling spa I created around the age of 10. While the name may not have been refined, the instinct was clear: I wanted to build, lead, and create impact.

That same instinct has followed me into the work I do today.

Through years of experience across business development, project management, and coaching, I’ve developed a way of working that integrates both strategy and self-awareness. This led to the creation of my Purpose for Impact framework, which guides how I support clients in building with intention while sustaining their growth.
